Troubleshooting 3/3Step 0. You should have read the instructions to the right first, and done Steps 1 and 2 thoroughly. The first thing to do is NOT to go through this list below! After doing Steps 1 and 2 to the right, apply Steps 3, 4 and 5 to the items below: 1. A procedure is over-run; it has gone on too long? 2. A procedure is under-run, and needs to be run some more? 3. You have achieved a state that has not been acknowledged? 4. You are feeling suppressed by someone or something? 5. There are one or more incomplete cycles that need to be completed in your sessions? 6. There are one or more incomplete cycles that need to be completed in your life? 7. There are one or more ongoing unethical situations in your life that need to be addressed? 8. You have had one or more sessions while distracted by an Upset, Problem, Something you are not saying, or Harmful action you did? 9. Something else wrong that comes to mind but isn't listed here?

Troubleshooting ActionsThis is for use after a Paul's Robot session didn't turn out well. Do this action as a separate session. This is not a professional correction list.Do make sure you have done Step 1 properly, as these are the main reasons for trouble with this procedure. It is fairly pointless to do the rest of this list if you are tired, or hungry, or under the influence. Step 1. Make sure your body rudiments are well in--you are well rested and not tired; well-fed and not hungry; and not under the influence of drugs or medicine or alcohol. Step 2. Use the regular Rub & Yawn procedure (including the 6-direction technique) to cover the period of your entire life since the last good session you had with Rub & Yawn. Do not quickie this step. The idea is to clear up all the charge between when you were last doing well in session and now. Include the last Paul's Robot session(s) that did not go well. This step may take one or many sessions. It is very possible that this step alone will resolve the problem. Step 3. If doing the above step does not resolve the problem, look carefully over the questions to the left, one by one, and consider if they apply to you. If needed, rub away while looking over them to make sure you have enough energy available. Step 4. If any seem to apply, mentally look over the area covered by the question and apply Rub & Yawn to the people and places and events concerned, including your part and others' parts. Make notes as appropriate. Step 5. Some of the questions require that you do something in real life in addition to simply taking some charge off by running through this list in session. Once the list is complete and you feel OK again, remember to do the real life things too. Step 6. If you have done all these points thoroughly, including the real life actions, and the problem has not resolved, consult a professional or try your topic with other modules of Paul's Robot (in a separate session). |
