Usual next step
The emphasis in Phase 2 is on helping the chakras to function properly by "putting there" the way it should be. The more often this is done, the more likely they will follow your intentions.
Step 6:
Now try to clear each of these vortices, inside and out, of any debris that is clogging them. Maybe imagine being inside each vortex and cleaning it out as you travel along it, by sucking the stuff out, or blowing it out, sweeping it out, whatever feels right to you at the time.
