Write Phase 2 Rear, and the step number as you do each one. Don't bother to note the times for each individual step unless you think they are relevant. Mark any yawns you get off while working on Phase 2, as well as any changes that you notice.

Usual next step
The emphasis in Phase 2 is on helping the chakras to function properly by "putting there" the way it should be. The more often this is done, the more likely they will follow your intentions.
Step 1:
Imagine you are sensing (seeing /feeling /touching /hearing etc.) the correct number (6, 10, 12, 16 or 96) of individual spinning vortices of this main chakra.
