Pre-Session: ChakraCare Instructions
Here are general instructions on how to run this session. To repeat, you MUST know how to counter shutting down with touching stuff and rubbing your chest/arms etc. and discharging the unwanted stress by yawning it off. If you do not have a personal certainty on this, do not continue as you might not get much out of this Robot Auditor ChakraCare module. Refer to the basic Paul's Robot Auditor Core module or HeavyDuty module.

You will need a computer screen, and a mouse. It is possible to do without sound, but most people prefer to have the sound turned on and listen to the commands as well as being able to read them, and often make comments aloud. You can remain seated throughout the session. You will need usual session things like worksheets and pens, and a clock or watch.
The background sound files will play automatically in Internet Explorer, but will not play (easily) in Firefox. There is no simple fix for this.
It is assumed that you know enough to only start the session when you have had enough sleep and are not tired; you have eaten enough good food (not junk food) and you are not hungry or thirsty; you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol; you have set up a safe environment and are not going to be disturbed by outside factors while you are in session; and you have enough time for the session. Also, there is no provision in this automatic ChakraCare session procedure for addressing basic issues such as upsets or problems, so if your attention is strongly on something like this then do not start a regular ChakraCare session. Simply do a normal Rub & Yawn session instead to handle it.
If you feel yourself shutting down, recognize it as such. Hit the red "Shutting Down" link, and then rub stuff and yawn for as long as needed to get rid of the shutting down. End off dealing with the shutting down when you can rub away for a full minute by the clock without getting any more yawns. Close out the "Shutting Down" window, and continue the process where you left off.
If you feel you need some energy exchange during the session, but aren't particularly shutting down, that's OK, your choice. Make a note in your worksheets, and just start rubbing and yawning away. Once you start rubbing, rub for a full minute by the clock without any yawns before ending off, though.
You should have a WRITTEN C/S (Case Supervisor instruction) for the session before you start. You can write this yourself if you don't have someone else acting as C/S (Case Supervisor). The reason for writing it is so that you know what you will be doing in the session, and don't go off on some wild tangent. It is bad form to do a session without a written C/S which you keep to in session. If the C/S (instruction) turns out to not be working in session, then end off the session and write a different C/S outside of session.
This ChakraCare procedure is derived from the excellent book "Light Emerging" by Barbara Brennan. Phase 1 has been modified slightly to fit into the Robot Auditor paradigm. The actions of Phase 2 are not given in the book as a self-administered procedure at all. It is a good idea to be familiar with the Color Breathing procedure before trying this ChakraCare one. Most of the illustrations were also taken from this same book, and she is gratefully acknowledged for writing it.
Chakras and the Auric Field
The diagram shows the locations of the seven major chakras that we will be addressing in this module. It also shows the human energy field, the aura.
The chakras are energy vortices. Numbers 1 and 7, the base and crown ones, are singular, while the other five have a front and rear aspect. Each energy vortex (chakra) sucks in energy from the universal energy field and metabolizes it for use by the body systems in the area of the chakra. The chakras are connected via the main power channel located in the area of the spine. The chakras and the energy channels they use are all part of the different layers of the aura, not the flesh and blood of the body. There is a diagram and further explanation here.
Phase 2 - Clearing the Main Chakras
The emphasis in Phase 2 is on helping each of the seven main chakras to function properly by "putting there" the way it should be. The more often this is done, the more likely they will follow your intentions.
If you wish, you can go through the whole series without doing anything on Phase 2. The Phase 2 screens are accessed through Screen 4 for each chakra, and by default run through the following steps in sequence. If you wish to do these steps in a different sequence, or even omit some, you may do so by manually selecting steps from the list provided on each screen.
1. Imagine you are sensing (seeing /feeling /touching /hearing etc.) the correct number (4, 6, 10, 12, 16, 96 or 972) of individual spinning vortices of the chakra you are addressing.
2. Do all these actions on all seven levels of the aura, as the different layers of each chakra stack up inside each other like nested glasses, all the way out to the outermost edge a couple of feet from the body.
3. Imagine that each vortex is in the right place and has the right shape, and does not have its wide end pulled forward and out of alignment with the other vortices.
4. Imagine that the protective screens over the entrances to the vortices are in place and extraneous particles are not being allowed in. It can occur that the entire chakra is torn open.
5. Imagine that the tips of each of the funnels, these vortices, is seated properly in the main channel in the spine.
6. Now try to clear each of these vortices, inside and out, of any debris that is clogging them. Maybe imagine being inside each vortex and cleaning it out as you travel along it, by sucking the stuff out, or blowing it out, sweeping it out, whatever feels right to you at the time.
7. Imagine that each vortex is spinning properly, clockwise, and is open. Each will be spinning at a slightly different rate to attract Chi particles of that specific frequency from the universal energy field, trillions of which will travel down the vortex and into the body and aura to nourish different parts on all the levels. When the chakra is open you will be open to the kind of psychological influences listed for that chakra.
8. For chakras 2-6, do these actions for the front and back chakras of the pair. For 1 and 7, simply do the actions on the one. Just do the best you can on this--don't worry if it's not perfect or seems totally unreal. It should get easier as you persist with it.
