Next screen is an audio dump*, then the one after that starts the session. Choose this if you are doing a session online.

Next screen starts the session. Choose this if you have downloaded the application already and are doing a session offline.

Well....

*The audio dump puts the sound files for the ChakraCare module into your computer cache so that there is no delay waiting for any particular file to download. It will be somewhat LOUD!

Notes on Running

Do you have half an hour or so free? If there is something you must do right now instead of having a session, go and do it. It won't work to try a session while your attention is distracted onto wanting to pee, or doing that chore you know you ought to be doing.

Make sure you have a written C/S (case supervisor instruction) for the session, even if you have written this yourself.

If your attention is fixated on something that happened, like an argument or running over someone's dog or whatever, don't start this session here, but switch to Paul's Robot Auditor Core Version and handle it there.

This "Else?" point is really about something that must be done right now in the physical universe, and if you don't get it done your attention will be on it and not on the session.
