Write on Report:
Write the chakra number and color, the time you started on it, and mark any yawns you get off while working on this chakra/color.
Write any comments if you wish, but remember this is a FEELING procedure much more than a thinking one.

Moving On, Phase 1
Ideally, move on to the next screen when you are fairly easily imagining:
(1) the six-inch-diameter disk or funnel spinning clockwise on your body
(2) pulling in the named color,
(3) that color flowing into the named parts of the body, and also
(4) it seems like it will continue to do so for a while when you move on to the next chakra and color.
If you can't manage all this yet, do the best you can.
Moving On, Phase 2
If you are doing Phase 2, try and run through Phase 2 on all seven chakras in the same session, spending a bit more time on any chakra that needs special attention. But don't worry if you don't get though them all at first--it will get easier. Move on to the next chakra when you've had a good go at this one.
Repeating Series of Chakras
Repeat the whole series of seven chakras several times. Don't try to stay on one chakra until it is perfect. The long-term idea is to eventually work up to having all the chakras spinning properly at the same time, even when you are not in session. But don't worry if it doesn't feel like you have achieved anything like that yet - gradual improvement will get there in the end.
