Rub & Yawn
Rub frequently while visualizing
. It is RUB and Yawn for good reason! "Rub" includes stretching. But do not end the session when you have got off all the yawns you can. Continue with the session actions for as long as you think it valuable to do so.
Moving On
Move on to Screen 2 when you are imagining the appropriate color at the appropriate location of your body, front and back.
Do All Seven Chakras
Be sure to cover all the seven main chakras, starting with the first chakra (base, red), then continuing up the body in sequence. As you work your way up, give extra time to any areas of the body that are not well.
