Notes on Running:

URGENTLY contact the physical universe before you fall asleep. Rub things vigorously! Stretch. Keep moving. Rub your hands together, rub your arms and legs, your chest and back. Squeeze the chair, the table. Keep moving. Mark each yawn with vertical stroke on your worksheet.

Keep rubbing until you can rub hard for sixty seconds by the clock with no yawns coming off and you feel wide awake again. Then close out this extra window and continue with what you were doing before.
